Why Decants Cannot Be Returned

Every decant is hand-transferred from a genuine bottle into a sterile atomizer specifically for your order. Once that process begins:

• The fragrance cannot be poured back into the original bottle
• An opened, sprayed atomizer cannot be resold — it is yours alone
• Each order is essentially custom-made, not shelf stock

This is standard for every decanter, everywhere. It is not a policy choice — it is a physical reality of the product.

What We Will Fix

We stand behind what we ship. If something went wrong on our end, we will replace it at no cost:

• Wrong fragrance — you received a different scent than what you ordered
• Damaged in transit — atomizer arrived cracked, broken, or leaking

There is one condition: you must report it at the time of delivery, in front of the courier, with clear photos. If the parcel is accepted without inspection, we cannot verify the claim afterward.

What We Cannot Control

Fragrance performance is subjective and depends on factors outside any decanter's control. We cannot accept returns or issue refunds for:

• Longevity or projection — the same fragrance lasts 10 hours on one person and 2 hours on another. Skin chemistry, moisture levels, and body pH all affect this.
• Slight scent differences from a full bottle — transferring juice between containers involves brief air exposure. This does not alter the fragrance, but in rare cases projection or longevity can shift slightly.
• Batch or reformulation differences — brands reformulate fragrances regularly due to IFRA regulations. A bottle produced in 2022 may not smell identical to one from 2019. This is an industry-wide reality, not a quality issue.
• Climate and weather — fragrances designed in temperate climates often behave differently in heat and humidity. Lighter notes break down faster in warm, humid conditions.
• Personal taste — if a fragrance does not suit you, that is a matter of preference, not a defect.

If any of these concerns you, start with a 10ml decant. It gives you enough wears to decide honestly before committing to a larger size.

Authenticity & Trust

Every decant comes from our personal collection of genuine, authentic bottles. We do not mix, dilute, or substitute — ever.

That said, an atomizer does not carry the original box, batch code, or brand packaging. Those authenticity indicators stay with the source bottle. A decant is, by nature, a product built on trust. If you are not comfortable with that, decants from any seller may not be the right choice for you.

Order Cancellation

You can cancel an order before we start decanting. We process orders quickly, so contact us immediately if you change your mind. Once the atomizer is filled, cancellation is no longer possible.
